If you have an established feed between your CRM and OnTheHouse, check your listing feed for errors that could have stopped your listing from being published successfully.
The XML Uploads log will help you understand:

what listing feed data was received by OnTheHouse for your agency
-
when this data was processed
-
the source of the listing updates (eg. which CRM/s we received data from)
-
any errors encountered when processing your listing feeds
To check your listing feed, log in to Agent Centre and click on XML Uploads to view a log of all the listings you have sent over the past 30 days. Please read this article if you do not have access to Agent Centre.
Here, you can:

use the search bar and filters to narrow your search

tick the Errors Only checkbox to view only listings with errors

click on the clock icon to view the listing feed history for a particular listing

click on the open new window icon to view a listing on OnTheHouse
If there are any errors, fix the errors and re-publish your listing. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care.
