After you have registered to list on OnTheHouse, our support team will liaise with your CRM provider to set up the data feed between your CRM account and OnTheHouse. Once this process is complete, you should be able to publish listings to OnTheHouse directly from your CRM.
If you are unsure how to publish listings within your CRM, contact your CRM provider or refer to the instructions for your CRM
If you are still unable to publish listings after your CRM provider has determined that you have taken the right steps and the data feed has been enabled successfully, email the OnTheHouse support team or fill in this Agent Contact form for further assistance.
Currently, there is no option to upload listings directly on OnTheHouse. If you wish to be notified when this feature is available, please inform Customer Care by sending an email to info@onthehouse.com.au
