Follow these steps to set up a new office profile:

The administrator of the new office has to register for a new OnTheHouse account with the new agency details.

If some of the listings are moving from the original agency to the new agency, withdraw the listings from the original office CRM and add the listings in the new office CRM.

When the new OnTheHouse account is set up and the new office CRM is connected to OnTheHouse, log in to Agent Centre and update the agency and agent profiles.
After completing the steps above, listings for the new agency should feed through to the new agency's profile on OnTheHouse.
