This article explains how to change profile pictures, banner images, job titles, contact details and profile summaries.
Note: Users with Agent User access can only update their own profile. You need Agent Admin or Office Admin access to edit other agent profiles. Learn about user roles and permissions.
Click on My Agent Profile on your dashboard or click your user profile icon on the top right of the page and select Update Agent Profile.
Click on My Team on your dashboard or click on your user profile icon on the top right of the page and select Update Team.
Next, ensure that you are on the Active Users tab and identify the agent whose profile you wish to edit. Click on the corresponding pencil iconto launch the Agent Profile page.
On the Agent Profile page, you may:
As you build and complete a profile, you will see a Profile Completion progress tracker at the top of the page.
Click on the pencil on the user profile icon. A pop-up window will appear.
Click on Upload and select a profile photo from your computer. For best results, please ensure that the profile photo you select is 480px x 480px.
After you have selected the photo you wish to use, drag the slider to position the photo within the frame. Click Save to use the photo or click on Select new Banner to choose another photo from your computer.
Click on the pencil at the bottom right of the image. A pop-up window will appear.
To upload an image, click on Image and click on Upload. For best results, please ensure that your image is 1336px x 210px.
After you have selected the image you wish to use, drag the slider to position the image within the frame. Click Save to use the image or click on Select new Banner to choose another image from your computer.
An agent's job title and contact numbers are displayed on the agent's profile page and listings. These details are also displayed in the search results of Find An Agent.
Note: Contact numbers must be either an Australian landline or mobile number. 1300 and 1800 numbers are not accepted.
To the job title and contact numbers, click on the pencil icon or click directly on the details you wish to update.
A pop-up window will appear. Type in the details in the relevant fields and click Save to complete this step.
All agents will receive a basic profile summary when they are assigned access to the Agent Centre. This profile is displayed on the agent’s profile page to help prospective vendors or buyers learn more about the agent. It is recommended that you update your agent profile with awards or accomplishments to enhance your agent profile.
To update this with a custom description, click on the pencil icon in the About Me section.
A pop-up window will appear. Type in your description and click Save to complete this step.
