This article explains how to change your agency logo, cover image, agency contact details, and agency description.
Note: You need to be an Agent Admin or Office Admin to edit agency profiles. Learn about user roles and permissions.
Click on My Agency Profile on your dashboard or click on your user profile icon on the top right of the page and select Update Agency Profile.

On the Agency Profile page, you may:
As you build and complete a profile, you will see a Profile Completion progress tracker at the top of the page.
Click on the pencil icon against the logo. A pop-up window will appear.
Click on Upload and select a profile photo from your computer. For best results, please ensure that the logo dimensions are 480px x 180px. This article explains how to resize images using MS Paint.
After you have selected the logo you wish to use, drag the slider to position the logo within the frame. Click Save to use the logo or click on Select new Banner to choose another logo image from your computer.

Click on the pencil on the bottom right of the banner or cover image. A pop-up window will appear.

You may choose to upload an image from your computer or select a colour to be used as your banner image.
To upload an image, click on Upload. For best results, please ensure that your image is 1336px x 210px.
After you have selected the image you wish to use, drag the slider to position the image within the frame. Click Save to use the image or click on Select new Banner to choose another image from your computer.

To select a colour as your banner image, click on the pencil on the right hand side of the Brand Colour subheading and drag the slider to select a colour, then click on the shade you wish to use. Alternatively, you may switch between HEX, RGB and HSL colour profiles using the arrows. After you have selected a colour profile, type in the corresponding colour codes according to your brand guidelines.

Agency contact details are displayed on the agency’s profile page to enable prospective vendors or buyers to contact your business. These details are also displayed in the search results of Find An Agent. Therefore, it is important that these details are correct. Note that contact numbers must be either an Australian landline or mobile number. 1300 and 1800 numbers are not accepted.
To edit the agency contact details, click on the pencil icon.

A pop-up window will appear. Type in the details in the relevant fields and click Save to complete this step.

All agencies will receive a basic profile summary upon getting access to the Agent Centre. This profile is displayed on the agency profile page to help prospective vendors or buyers learn more about the agency. It is recommended that you update your agency profile with awards or accomplishments to enhance your agency profile.
To update this with a custom description, click on the pencil icon in the About Agency section.
