To hide images on a property, you first have to claim ownership of that property. You may hide all images or select a few images to hide.
To view your claimed properties, log in to your account, click on your user profile icon and select My Properties.

Click on the property address of your claimed home and click on the images icon on the property detail page.

Click on Hide All Images to hide all available images. You will be prompted to confirm your intention to do this. Click Continue to proceed.

Next, scroll down and click on the dropdown menu to select a reason for hiding these images. Click on Save to hide all images.

If you have hidden all images, OnTheHouse will display a publicly available Google Street View image of your property instead.
Click on the eye icon on the image that you wish to hide. Images that are hidden will be slightly greyed out and be indicated by the eye-slash icon.

Next, scroll down and click on the dropdown menu to select a reason for hiding these mages. Click on Save to apply changes.
