If you come across property information that you believe is incorrect, you may request to have the information updated, even if you are not the owner of the property.
Note: You need to be signed in as an OnTheHouse user to request an update to property information. Learn how to create an account.
There are two ways to request an update:

On a Property Detail page, click on the Improve this data link just below the property attributes.

Scroll to the bottom of any page and click on Contact us.
If you have not signed in, you will see a prompt to sign in. If you do not wish to create an account or sign in, you may submit general feedback as long as you provide some basic contact information.
As a signed-in user, the form presented will be pre-filled with your contact information. In the Enquiry drop-down menu, select one of the enquiry types:

Choose Feedback to request general data updates. For example, the location pin is incorrect or the property has been subdivided.

Choose Attributes to request an update to information related to the property such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and car spaces.

Choose Estimate to request an update to the estimated property value.
Fill in the required information and click on Send Enquiry to submit your request.
