Note: You need to have an account on OnTheHouse to claim a home.
Claiming a home lets you decide how many images you want to display against your home. You may claim up to a maximum of two properties. If you wish to claim more than two properties, please contact Customer Care.
To begin, log in to your account, search for your property and click on Claim Home.
Note: You will not be able to claim a home that is currently For Sale or For Rent. You may only claim a home that is Sold or Off Market.

A pop-up window will appear with more information about what claiming a home means on OnTheHouse. If you wish to proceed, click Yes, I am the owner. If not, click Cancel.

After claiming your home, you will be given the option to track your property and receive monthly updates about your home's estimated value. You have to specify your relationship with the property to proceed. Select an option and click on Track Property to proceed. If you do not wish to track your property now, click X to close the pop-up window. You can always opt-in to track your property at a later time.

To view and manage all your claimed properties, click on your user profile icon and select My Properties.

If you no longer own a property that you have previously claimed, you may release the property by clicking on Unclaim Home . When you release a property, any images that you have hidden previously will be visible on OnTheHouse again.
