Online auctions and online offers are additional capabilities provided by Openn, a third-party provider separate from OnTheHouse. A listing with Openn integration enabled is identifiable by the 'Online Auction' or 'Online Offers' label and a button that lets you place a bid or make an offer.

To make an offer or bid on a property online, you first have to sign up for an account with Openn. Once you have set up your Openn account, click on the Make an Offer or Place a Bid button to proceed. You will be asked to log in on Openn to submit your offer or bid.
