Although you may have an active and valid account with CoreLogic, your agency must have an active OnTheHouse account and you must be invited by your administrator or principal to access Agent Centre.
If your agency hasn’t been set up to list on OnTheHouse, please complete this sign-up form.
Once your agency has been all set up to list on OnTheHouse your agency will receive a confirmation email with a link to access the Agent Centre. Within the Agent Centre, your administrator or principal will be able to send you an invitation which you will need to accept within 7 days. The invitation will expire after 7 days and your administrator or principal will need to invite you again.
If you have accepted the invitation and are still unable to access the Agent Centre, please see the common scenarios below. If none of the scenarios apply to you, please send an email to info@onthehouse.com.au for further assistance.
