Why is the Liveability Score on my property the same as another property in the same area even though my property is completely different?

Liveability data is not attributed to individual properties, but rather they’re attributed to mesh blocks within Greater Melbourne. Properties that are identified as being situated in a Mesh Block will receive those scores equally. Scores do not take into account the state of the property, its type, or its individual features.
