Find an Agent is designed to help prospective sellers or buyers identify agents who are active in their local area. Prospective sellers or buyers may search for agents by entering an agent name, agency name, suburb or postcode in the search bar. Search results will include matching agent and agency names as well as suburbs. From the search results, homeowners or buyers can:

select a suburb or postcode to view all active agents or agencies in that particular suburb or postcode

select an agency to view the agency profile page which displays the agency's listings and agents

select an agent to view the agent profile page which displays the agent's listings.

Search results will include agents or agencies with at least one listing or recent sale in the specified suburb. By default, the agent with the highest number of listings in the specified suburb will display at the top.
Search results can be further refined and sorted by:

using the toggle to switch between Agents and Agencies

filtering agents or agencies by entering a name

using the drop-down menu to sort results by the number of sold, for sale, or for rent listings, or by alphabetical order.

If you do not wish to be shown in the Find an Agent search results, please advise your administrator to change the display settings on your profile.

If a particular agent no longer works at your agency but is showing up in your agency results, log in to Agent Centre and delete the agent's profile.

If you have been incorrectly associated with a listing, please check the agent details in your CRM platform and update it accordingly. Once you have updated the listing with the correct agent name, re-publish the listing to OnTheHouse. The updated listing should appear within a few minutes.

If you wish to update your profile photo, log in to Agent Centre to upload a new photo.
