Liveability Scores are a new feature that’s only recently launched on OnTheHouse.com.au. We are currently testing the concept with selected properties within Greater Melbourne. Scores may become available for other areas across Australia in the future.
What metrics are considered when calculating the walkability sub-score?
This score is a measure of the walkable accessibility of the neighbourhood by way of roadside footpaths. A higher score indicates one is able to walk a large proportion of the neighbourhood, whereas a lower score indicates a lack of footpath connectivity nearby (e.g. country roads).
